CCOO is ratified its decision to not sign the agreement
Although the draft agreement has the support of most of the works council, CCOO has decided not to sign. We inform you because , and for this we must place ourselves in the moment that started the whole story.
In the month November the company notifies us that have the need to revise the pay scales at the same time they need to implement a reduction ERE day, otherwise they would be forced to forgo immediate workers in some areas, and change the ERE-time reduction by one of extinctions.
In this situation, and in the context of crisis in which we find ourselves, CCOO decide to go to negotiate the ERE for the defense of employment is one of our union demands. We do not want anyone to be fired, but from the beginning also argue that compliance with the agreements reached and consolidated tables in the agreement. During the negotiations, CCOO under a minimum lead us to the signing of a preliminary agreement, some of them have been fulfilled (with much effort), but not all, and therefore the final on Tuesday, did not sign.
These are:
- Maintenance of employment two years.
- Consolidation of the tables of the covenant.
- not supplied freeze.
- Review clause to pay at least 2012, to regain some purchasing power.
- social improvements
Some of these key points are included in this draft agreement, and have achieved thanks to the strong stance that all delegates of the CCOO have had in this negotiation, but not all and So at this point and although during this process has been approached with our terms, not given the minimum CCOO defended.
Although the agreement allows not having to make more drastic measures by the company (CCOO has made it to considerably better here), we believe that there is still much room for improvement and missing some important points or insufficient.
Therefore, CCOO delegates have decided not to sign this agreement, but continue negotiating to try to get agreement to get the most benefit for all workers.

Where To Buy Remington Wet Straighter In Toronto
Pre-agreement ERE IS ON ... BUT NOT WITH CCOO
In today's meeting March 8, 2011 between the Committee Unipost Intercentros and the company has finally reached a preliminary agreement resolution Employment Redundancy Reduction Day presented by the company. This agreement has been ratified by the UGT and USOC members representing a majority in the committee but our CCOO union has decided not to sign the draft agreement.
Our decision not to approve the draft agreement has been for several major points of our demands that the company has refused to include in the draft agreement. In our opinion a decision of the ERE in the conditions that gave not provide adequate safeguards for workers Unipost. In future releases and meetings explain carefully and in detail how the negotiations evolved over the past weeks and the points we considered that this draft agreement was not the best for workers.
We say that in recent months from the filing of the ERE by the company's willingness to negotiate CCOO has a clear target for NO JOB DESTRUCTION that the company tried to respect as much as possible the agreements signed by the company both in our Collective Agreement and the previous ERE 2009. CCOO negotiating effort has been important since the aim of reaching an agreement. It was not our fault not to join in this pre-agreement signed by other unions.
In the coming days will proceed to hold assemblies in all places where we are represented by delegates from CCOO which explain the current situation of the company, the points that have prevented agreement with the company, the doubts that you may arise and the next steps to be taken by our union.
